BdP Touch – Banco del Pacífico

Banco del Pacífico opened the first digital-only agency in Ecuador to provide a new experience to its customers with self-service through digital applications and other channels. 

The Problem

How can we provide the bank’s customers with a totally digital and innovative experience that allows them to easily learn about the bank’s services and products in a self-service format?

My Role

Product Owner / UX Designer

I served as the point person between our clients, users, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the project.

I participated in the ideation process with the advertising agency and with the bank’s UX team

I created user flows and user journeys and lead the UI design team.

I performed user acceptance testing to evaluate if the interface fulfilled the clients’ requirements and achieved user satisfaction and comprehension.
