They tell us what&#8217;s needed; we source, pay, and deliver \u2014 food, water, medicine, shelter, direct to those who need it the most.<\/span><\/h1>\n<div>Five campaigns. One network.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span>Our work is organised into five active campaigns, evolved over two years of operations. Each responds to a pressing need on the ground, and each continues to adapt as the situation changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/thesameerproject\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Community-Kitchen-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>01. FOOD &#038; WATER<\/h3>\n<p>Providing for Basic Human Rights in Gaza<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span>In the third year of genocide, food and water are still not consistently accessible to most Palestinians in Gaza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Since we began, The Sameer Project has <strong>delivered over 1 million free meals<\/strong> to displaced families throughout Gaza. <\/span><span>We also <strong>distribute on average 420,000 liters per day<\/strong> all over the strip \u2013 as of Feb 2026, we had distributed over 55 million liters total, a third of the largest supplier, UNICEF\u2019s, total distribution!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2026, TSP became an official partner of UNICEF,<\/span><span>\u00a0enabling us to provide more water for less money.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/thesameerproject\/?page_id=3202\">Read about how we source our food here<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/thesameerproject\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>02. MEDICAL AID<\/h3>\n<p>Providing Life-Saving Aid Across Gaza<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span>TSP has two medical points, 14 doctors and 11 nurses. In our first two years, <strong>we served 3% of all of Gaza\u2019s population with our medical care<\/strong>. Our medical team includes specialists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, a dentist, and a psychiatrist. They tend to patients in our medical points and conduct Medical Days all over the strip that serve hundreds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We also conduct <strong>hospital distributions of baby formula, blankets and food parcels<\/strong> to support hospitals and encampments. REFAAT ALAREER CAMP<\/h3>\n<p>Camps for Particularly Vulnerable Families <\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span>We <strong>care for patients and their families across three medical camps<\/strong>: Refaat Alareer Camp, Batool Camp, and Sawarha Camp. <\/span><span>Your support cares for about <strong>120 families, some with multiple medical cases<\/strong> within one family unit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>We also<strong> offer education and activities<\/strong> in these camps, including the Hasan School where 15 teachers provide daily lessons to 600+ children from ages 3-15. REBUILDING GAZA<\/h3>\n<p>Helping Palestinians Return Home<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span>The <strong>military occupation hasn\u2019t allowed building material into Gaza since the start of the genocide<\/strong> but that doesn\u2019t mean there is nothing we can do to improve the quality of life for Palestinians in Gaza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Families who were forcefully evacuated want to go home. Where it is safe, and not beyond the \u201cyellow-line\u201d border created by the occupation, <strong>our team clears roads, provides tarps for buildings, and cleans up the rubble<\/strong> \u2013 we help start the rebuilding process! We\u2019re now raising funds to have our own desalination plant to avoid price gouging and exploitation \u2013 this will also allow us to provide more water for less money.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h1>Impact Spotlight<\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/thesameerproject\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Untitled-design-21.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>Medical Care<\/h1>\n<h1>Aser, Age 6<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Aser suffers from<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none white-space-prewrap\"> <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Aniridia, a rare congenital disease that means he lacks irises in his eyes. This affects his optic nerve, increasing pressure and sensitivity in his eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">He requires highly medicated eye drops and special glasses to avoid further complications.
